BBOS · The Framework

Nine Stages.
One Continuous Act of Worship.

Each stage is sequential, each one a decision gate. You do not move forward until the current stage is pleasing to God.

Ibadah is not a category. It is the container.

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

"I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me."

Surah Adh-Dhariyat · 51:56

  1. Intake (INT)Al-Awwal · Ash-Shahīd

The intake does not ask who you want to be. It asks who you are right now — your actual energy, actual time, actual capacity. The Energy Profile and Constraint Map are honest accounts, not performance documents. Nothing built on an inflated baseline holds.

  2. Qualification (QAL)Al-Ḥaqq · Al-Khabīr

Self-assessment of verifiable competencies — not what you believe you can do, but what you can evidence. The Amanah Gate: the ultimate go/no-go decision. Promising more than you can deliver is a breach of trust before it is a business problem.

  3. Strategy (STR)Al-Baṣīr

Aligns the offer direction, positioning, and business model with your actual identity — the way you genuinely work, what you are genuinely called to, and what your real constraints allow. A business built on an aspirational version of yourself will drift. Truth is the structural material.

  4. Offer (OFR)Al-ʻAdl · Al-Muqsiṭ

The Offer Asset Pack: Promise, Mechanism, Value Stack, Pricing Structure, Guarantee, and a Scope Map that draws the exact boundary between included and excluded. Ambiguity is not just a business risk — it is inequity between you and the person who trusted you with their resources.

  5. Outreach (OUT)Ar-Razzāq · As-Sittīr

Lead routing and outreach designed to surface genuine fit — not to manufacture urgency or create pressure. The scarcity checkpoint ensures no urgency claim reaches a prospect without a real, documented constraint behind it. Manipulation is a form of theft of the other person's will.

  6. Sales (SAL)Ar-Razzāq · Al-Laṭīf · As-Sittīr

Fit-call scripts and graceful No-Fit disqualification frameworks. It is as important to decline a misfit clearly and with care as it is to onboard a good one. A graceful no is an act of respect on both sides. The operator who cannot walk away cannot be trusted to stay.

  7. Fulfilment (FUL)Al-Muḥsin · Al-Walī · Ash-Shakūr

Client intake forms, Execution SOPs, Quality Control Checklists. Allah loves that when any of you does a job, he does it with itqan — with excellence and mastery. Stage 07 builds the system that makes excellence repeatable rather than dependent on how you feel on a given day.

  8. Retention (RET)Ash-Shakūr · Al-Wadūd

Re-engagement sequences and the Ascension Framework — a map of the ongoing value you can offer as the client grows. Retention is not a sales tactic. It is a continuation of the responsibility that began when you took on the work. The relationship does not end at delivery.

  9. Optimisation (OPT)Al-Ḥasīb · Aṣ-Ṣubbūḥ · Al-Quddūs

Canonical Metrics — Fit-to-Close Rate, Unprompted Referral Rate, Delivery Completion Rate — alongside honest reckoning. The system looks back at itself and names what was weak with the same precision it uses to name what was strong. The next cycle cannot begin until the reckoning is complete.

  • The Amanah Gate

Before anything enters the system, it must pass the Amanah Gate — a stewardship evaluation that asks whether this work is genuinely entrusted to this operator. Not every opportunity deserves a yes.

  • G-Labels

Every outcome claim carries a G-label indicating its certainty level. G1 is a deliverable fully within the operator's control. G2 is professional diligence. G3 is conditional — and must say so.

  • The Stewardship Score

A running measure of covenant integrity across the entire arc. Not a productivity metric. A measure of whether the operator's conduct could be presented before God as an honest attempt.

  • Honest Reckoning

Stage 09 is Al-Ḥasīb — the Reckoner. Weaknesses named with the same precision as strengths. Purification as the condition for Barakah in the next cycle.

Nine stages. One starting point.
The intake charter is where it begins.

Begin the Intake Charter

"When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them."
