30 Domains. Three Categories.
Nothing Assumed.

From environmental baselines to buildout sequencing to mission-critical identity features — the full arc of land intelligence, mapped before any commitment is made.

Three categories spanning the full arc
from site assessment to buildout.

  • 8

    Foundation & Assessment

Establish site understanding and environmental baselines. Project intake, terrain visualization, environmental data layers, AI-powered site assessment, hydrology and water systems planning, solar and climate analysis, soil and ecology diagnostics, and land use zoning.

  • 7

    Design & Infrastructure

Physical planning, systems integration, and buildout sequencing. Structures and buildings, access and circulation, livestock and grazing design, crop and horticultural planning, utilities and infrastructure, vision layer and storytelling, and multi-year phasing with cost and revenue mapping.

  • 15

    Advanced & Specialized

Simulation and analysis, rule-based design logic, AI-assisted design outputs, educational interpretation, multi-user collaboration, decision support and scenario modeling, economic analysis, reporting and export, mobile fieldwork and AR, templates, administration, public storytelling — and mission-critical identity features including Qibla-aware prayer pavilion siting, Islamic-adab-conscious privacy logic, and men's cohort zones.

Five clear stages.
No guessing about what comes next.

  1. Regional Scan

Identify candidate regions within the geographic parameters. Filter by agricultural designation, minimum acreage, and distance constraints. No site visits until the data justifies them.

  2. Domain Analysis

Each candidate site is assessed across all relevant domains — from terrain and hydrology to zoning and ecology. Disqualifying conditions identified early. The analysis is documented, not just the conclusions.

  3. Site Evaluation

Candidates that survive the domain analysis are evaluated for community design potential. Can this land support the structures, the agriculture, and the people that the vision requires?

  4. Design Overlay

Before acquisition, a preliminary design is produced — not as a blueprint, but as a proof of concept. Can the vision physically fit on this land, respecting its constraints and honouring its character?

  5. Acquisition Decision

Compare final candidates. Pressure-test the economics. Offer only when the intelligence says Go — and the land has answered every question you needed it to answer.

"When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them."
